SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well and put in baking dish.

CRUST:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pour on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
