2 2/3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Crisco 2 eggs 1 c. milk Cinnamon 1 can Comstock pie filling (blueberry, cherry, or apple) Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add shortening to make crumbs. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture for crumbs on top. Add to remaining mixture eggs and milk; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9x12x2 pan. Distribute filling over top by teaspoonfuls. Sprinkle 1/2 cup reserved crumbs over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. |
