COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 (9 inch) round cake pans with Pam. Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Add extract. Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Divide batter into pans. Spread cherry filling over top.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel topping over filling. Bake 25-35 minutes.
