CHEESE STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees in glass dish.

1 1/2 c. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
1 c. flour
2/3 c. warm water

Beat 2 minutes, spread mixture in 9 x 13 greased pan.

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat 2 minutes and spread on top of batter. Mix until crumbly remaining cake mix and 6 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over cheese mix.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tbsp. water

Drizzle over baked cake.

Variation: Use 1 can of pie filling instead of cheese filling.
