STREUSEL (FOR COFFEE CAKE) 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Melt 1 stick of butter. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted butter on each coffee cake. Pour rest of butter over the flour, sugar and cinnamon mixture in a small mixing bowl. Stir. Roll into balls by rotating mixing bowl. Sprinkle on coffee cake.
