1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped red or green pepper (or mix) 1 c. shrimp 1 c. crabmeat 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 c. buttered bread crumbs 1 c. grated any kind of cheese Combine all ingredients except crumbs and cheese. Stir well. Pour into 8x8 baking dish. Top with crumbs, then cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until quite bubbly. Allow 5 minutes to set, then serve. |
