ELEGANT SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) crab meat
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimp, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine first seven ingredients. Stir in 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine remaining 1 cup bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
