SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
12 oz. crabmeat (fresh or frozen)
12 oz. shrimp (fresh or canned)
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 lb. mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. cooked rice
Salt & pepper

If you use fresh seafood, poach in water first and then drain. Chop onion, green pepper and celery; mix well with shrimp and crabmeat. Slice the mushrooms. Add all ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish and bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

You can use cooked potatoes or pasta instead of rice. Increase the vegetables if you like and add a tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or a dash of Tabasco sauce to spice it up. Increase the thickness with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs.
