SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice with seasonings, cooked as pkg. directs
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, fresh or frozen, if available
2 c. cooked shrimp, shelled
1 can mushroom soup

Melt butter; add celery, onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and place in buttered 2 quart casserole. Cover the first 20 minutes of baking and uncover for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
