CEAL'S EASY LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef or venison
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. ricotta or sm. cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked

Brown beef, drain off fat. Add sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except lasagne noodles and cheese. Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagne over sauce. Cover with:

About 1 1/2 c. sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
Part of Mozzarella cheese

Repeat layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Lasagne will expand and fill empty spaces.
