CHRISSIE'S DILL AND SEAFOOD
SALAD

crab meat flakes, pre-packaged
squid (tentacles and/or tubes)
shrimp, any size (you can break the pieces up if you like)
scallops
lobster and/or real crab meat (if available)
equal parts mayonnaise and dairy sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
dill weed, to taste (you will use quite a bit as the dill gives it much of it's great flavor)

Note: All seafood is cooked and cooled already.

Combine all seafood in a large bowl. This is really a "to taste" or "to your liking" recipe as I don't really measure.

After you mixed up the seafood (gently, of course), you will want to add equal parts of mayonnaise and sour cream, starting by adding in just a few tablespoons of each at a time until the entire mixture is at a consistency that you like.

Add dashes of salt and pepper to your liking, and finally finish it up with the dill weed. I really pour it on. If you start with just a dash there isn't a lot of flavor. I generally end up with several tablespoons in my mixture by the time I'm done.

That's it - it's pretty simple. You can eat it right away, but I find that the flavor is even better if you let it chill in the refrigerator overnight.
