HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can pineapples
1 can apricots
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. cherries

Drain fruit. Melt butter and add sugar and curry powder. Place fruit in baking dish and pour syrup over it. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly for 30 minutes. Add cherries on top for color.
