HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
16 oz. can peach slices, drained
16 oz. can pear slices, drained
15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
8 3/4 oz. can unpeeled apricot halves, drained
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. walnuts

Arrange drained fruit in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine butter, brown sugar, and curry powder. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle walnuts atop. Bake mixture in a 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or till it is bubbly around the edges. Makes 8 servings. Great with ham.
