CURRIED FRUIT SAUCE FOR TURKEY 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. green grapes, cut in halves
Hot sliced turkey

Drain and reserve juice from oranges. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. In small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, bouillon, curry powder, and ginger. Gradually add reserved liquid. Cook over medium high heat. Heat until thickened. Stir in oranges and grapes. Serve over turkey. Makes 2 1/2 cups sauce.
