SHRIMP OR CHICKEN IN FRUIT SAUCE 
1 fresh pineapple
2 apples
2 bananas
4 to 6 oz. butter
8 oz. mango chutney (optional)
5 tbsp. flour
5 tsp. curry powder
1 pt. half and half
Shrimp or chicken breasts

Cook all fruits in butter until done. Add flour, curry powder, chutney and cream and cook a little longer. Drain and pour over shrimp and bake for 20 minutes. If you use chicken breast, precook them for 40 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
