FRUIT BARBECUE SAUCE 
c. pineapple juice
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt

In saucepan, mix all ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, until slightly thickened. Baste chickens frequently with sauce. Makes enough sauce for basting 3 (2 1/2 pound) chickens.
