RASPBERRY BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's seedless red raspberry jam

Cream butter; beat in sugar. Blend flour, salt and soda into butter. Stir in oat flakes. Pack 1/2 of mixture in greased 9"x13" pan. Spread jam over mixture, not quite to edge. Scatter remaining mixture over the jam. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly in pan and cut into whatever size bars you like. Makes at least 24.
