RASPBERRY BARS 
1 c. butter
2 lg. egg yolks
1/2 c. raspberry jam
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, stir in flour to form a soft dough. Spread 1 1/4 cups dough in a 9" square pan. Spread jam over dough; place remaining dough over jam. Sprinkle sugar and nuts over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove pan from oven and cool on rack. Cut into 36 squares.
