THREE BEAN CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 whole (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up undrained
1 whole regular can tomato soup
1 whole 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 whole regular pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 whole regular can kidney beans, drained
1 whole regular can Great Northern beans, drained
1 whole regular can Butter beans, undrained

In 4 quart saucepan or dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato soup, and taco seasoning mix, blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, simmer an additional 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. 7 (1 1/2 cup) servings.

TIPS: For a thicker chili, this can of beans can be drained.

To prepare in slow cooker, combine all ingredients as directed in slow cooker. Cook on high setting for 30 minutes; stir in beans. Reduce to low setting, cook for 4 to 5 hours.
