SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. thin noodles
2 c. water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. Italian dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef at 350 degrees on the burner. Add spaghetti sauce, water and noodles; press noodles into liquid with a spoon. Cover and cook 12 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese, Italian dressing, egg and Parmesan cheese. Drop spoonful on top of noodles. Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese; cover and cook 5 minutes.
