SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. fat (if needed)
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 onion, diced
2 c. cottage cheese
1 can tomatoes (3 1/2 c.)
1 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
3 c. med. noodles, uncooked
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat; add or drain fat; add onion. Sprinkle one half of spaghetti sauce mix over meat. Spread cottage cheese in layer over meat. Next, arrange uncooked noodles in layer. Sprinkle with rest of sauce mix, basil, parsley and salt. Crush herbs first for best flavor. Mix tomatoes and water and pour over all, being sure that all noodles are moistened. DO NOT STIR. Cover tightly and set control at 250 degrees. Cook 30 to 35 minutes until noodles are done. DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle cheese over top, turn off heat and let sit 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut in squares to serve.
