GREEN BEANS, TOMATOES AND BACON 
6 slices bacon, cooked
1 grated onion
2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In 1 tablespoon drippings, saute onion. Then add tomatoes, green beans and salt. Cook 5 minutes. Add bacon. Put in covered casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, remove and cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
