QUICK TOMATO/STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 cups chopped peeled ripe tomatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin Jello

Bring tomatoes and sugar to boil, stirring often. Simmer for 14 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello and cool for 10 minutes. Pour into jars. Top with lids. Freeze or refrigerate.
