GREEN TOMATO JAM 
4 c. ground green tomatoes
4 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello

Cook green tomatoes and sugar. When done, add dry Jello. Put in jars and seal. Tastes and looks like raspberry jam.

this turned out great! Grind tomatoes in a food processor, place in a pot with the sugar, boil for 10 minutes, skim off foam, and jar up. I used 10 cups of tomatoes, 10 cups sugar, and five small boxes of jello and it made 7 pints. I processed my jars for 10 minutes in a water bath just to make sure and everything turned out beautiful! Thanks for the recipe!
