TOMATO JAM 
2 gallons strain tomato pulp
6 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cloves

To make pulp: Pour hot water over tomatoes. Then cool, pick the skin off. Put pulp into large pot, add spices and sugar. Stir jam constantly to prevent burning until the juice is almost cooked off. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
