PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. ground sweet and hot peppers

Mix in any amount desired for hotness. 1 box Sure-Jell 3 1/2 c. sugar

Mix ground peppers with vinegar in a 3 quart saucepan. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into hot, sterile jelly glasses and seal with paraffin.
