PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. ground sweet pepper, red and green
1/4 c. ground hot pepper
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar

Mix and stir over burner until mixture reaches full rolling boil. Remove from heat an let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle CERTO. Pour into jars and seal. Makes 6 (1/2 pint) jars.
