GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
3 to 5 lg. sweet peppers
12 sm. hot peppers (cut & not seeded)
1/2 c. water
3 c. white vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
2 bottles Certo
Food coloring

Pulverize peppers with water in blender. Add vinegar and sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Strain to remove pulp. Add Certo and red or green food dye. Pour into jars and cover with paraffin. Keeps forever. To serve: Spoon on a block of cream cheese and spread on crackers, the red and green are nice for Christmas.
