1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg, unbeaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 2/3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Blend in pecans. Roll in small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle Praline Cookie Frosting over warm cookies. PRALINE COOKIE FROSTING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. cream 1/2 c. powdered sugar Bring brown sugar and cream to a good boil. Add powdered sugar and beat well. Drizzle over warm cookies. | |

totally awesome - i hold off on the frosting until all the cookies are done - they don't really need to be warm - the frosting hardens quickly and needs to be drizzled quickly - these are always a favorite
