HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. sweet bell peppers, ground
1/4 c. hot peppers, ground, red or green
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. bottle Certo

Remove seeds and grind peppers in blender. Save juice and mix with vinegar and sugar. Bring to a full boil about 5 minutes. Add ground peppers and cook 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then add Certo. Bring to a full rolling boil for about 1-2 minutes. Then cool about 5 minutes. Skim and pour into glasses and seal with paraffin. IMPORTANT: Wear rubber gloves when handling hot peppers and watch out for your eyes.
