HOT PEPPER JELLY 
4 lg. green sweet peppers
12 hot red peppers and seeds - may want to leave out seeds
12 c. sugar
3 c. brown cider vinegar
1 bottle (2 packets) Certo

Grind peppers together and combine with vinegar and sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; skim; add Certo and boil hard for two minutes. Pour into hot glasses and seal with paraffin.
