GREEN TOMATO JAM 
5 c. blended green tomatoes, pureed in blender
4 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. Jello

Blend green tomatoes well. Add sugar. Boil hard for 15 minutes. Skim foam off while cooking. Stir often. Remove from stove, add 6 oz. of any flavor Jello (black raspberry or whatever). Stir real good and pour into jelly glasses. Keep in refrigerator.
