GREEN TOMATO JAM 
5 c. green tomatoes, cut in chunks
4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello

Blend green tomatoes in blender 1 or 2 minutes. Bring tomatoes and sugar to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add raspberry Jello. Boil 5 minutes more. Pour in containers and freeze. Will keep a good year.
