GREEN TOMATO JAM 
5 c. green tomatoes (ground)
5 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. Jello, any flavor (raspberry, strawberry, cherry)

Use a processor or fine meat grinder. Grind tomatoes. Add sugar (less sugar may be used to personal taste). Boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. add the Jello and stir 3 minutes. The jam can be put in plastic containers and then frozen or it may be put in jars and sealed.
