CELERY FRENCH FRIED | |
2 celery stalks 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. water Fine bread crumbs Cut washed celery into quarters. Cook in small amount of water for 10 minutes. Drain. Add water to eggs. Dip celery in egg, then in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat 3 to 6 minutes or until brown. Drain. Sprinkle with salt. Serves 8. |
