2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
10 tbsp. shortening
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
5 c. celery, chopped in 1/2" pieces & parboiled

Combine first three ingredients and make a dough. Chill. Roll out dough to fit 9"x15" jelly roll pan. Prick crust and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine the cheeses and the eggs and mix well. Spread over baked crust. Place celery pieces on top of cheeses. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
