CELERY MUSHROOM DELIGHT 
4 c. celery, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 med. onions, quartered
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheese Whiz, melted

Cook celery and onions in water until crisp tender, drain well. Combine celery and all other ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.
