CREAMY CELERY WITH ALMONDS 
1 bunch celery
1 pkg. slivered almonds

SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Half and Half
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Cut celery into bite-size pieces. Cook in water 1 1/2 minutes. Cool. Make white sauce. Add cream cheese. Heat and stir until it melts. Add seasoning salt. Mix with celery. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
