OREO DESSERT 
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
1 (1/2 gallon) ice cream, room temp.
1 jar Smucker's chocolate syrup
1 container Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies and melted butter, mix to crumbly stage. Press down in 13"x9" pan. Put in freezer for 15 minutes or until firm. Spread ice cream on Oreo cookies and return to freezer until firm. Spread chocolate syrup on ice cream and return to freezer until firm. Spread on Cool Whip and keep in freezer. Take out of freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Makes 12 servings.
