TURKEY KABOBS 
3 lbs. turkey breasts, boned, skinned and cubed
3 bell peppers, cubed
3 onions, cubed
Mushrooms
Zucchini, sliced
Cherry tomatoes
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix vinegar, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, sugar, oregano and parsley flakes for marinade. Put turkey and vegetables on skewers or mix in bowl and pour marinade over. Marinate anywhere from 1 hour to overnight. Grill on medium low heat. Serve over rice.
