SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. Polish sausage (Kielbasa), cut in bite size pieces 2 1/2 c. potatoes, pared and thinly sliced 1 can cream of celery soup 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (optional) Line the bottom of casserole with the sliced potatoes. In a separate saucepan, heat soup and water until smooth, add cheese and stir until melted. Add sausage pieces, green peppers and pimiento. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
