BACON AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk or 1 pt. half & half
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 deep dish pie crusts, unbaked

Fry bacon and sausage. Drain well. Crumble bacon and sausage; mix with the cheese. Divide this mixture evenly into each pie crust. Beat eggs and milk together; pour over bacon, sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

I love this recipe only did a few changes. I used one and half cups of mozzarella cheese and half a cup of Swiss and then used one cup of cheddar. Also I used half of the bacon and half of the sausage and it came out very good. Everybody loved it at church breakfast. Thanks for sharing and you won't go wrong with this quiche.

Last review was spot on. Use only half of bacon and sausage or make up another 3 eggs and another cup of milk. Cheese idea was perfect. Great dish
