12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate; sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate.

Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper in medium-size bowl with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. Garnish with bacon strips if you like. Refrigerate any remaining quiche; reheats quite well in microwave. Enjoy!

May substitute 3/4 pound ham or turkey cut in small pieces.
