This is a great dish for that party you are throwing. Can be served as a main dish or with chips. 1 (28 oz.) can Rotel (or three regular, season to taste) rice (use however much you like) 1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, diced 4 large chicken breasts Boil chicken and cut into pieces. Boil rice. Go ahead and melt your cheese and add Rotel. After everything is finished blend it all together in one bowl. Submitted by: Natasha Brauer |
