BACON AND SWISS QUICHE | |
1 pie shell 1/2 lb. bacon 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. light cream 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of nutmeg, pepper and cayenne pepper Mix all ingredients together except bacon and Swiss cheese. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Fry bacon; drain well and break up over pie shell. Add cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
