ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 c. green onions
1 c. celery
1 can LeSueur English peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sugar

Layer in Pyrex dish as listed above. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over above layers. Mix Parmesan cheese and sugar. Sprinkle over the sour cream and mayonnaise. Top with real bacon bits before serving. Chill for 24 hours before serving.
