CHICKEN SUNDAE 
1st Layer:

4 c. raw rice, cooked
2 (3 oz.) cans Chinese noodles
5 or 6 c. diced chicken
5 or 6 c. diced ham

2nd Layer:

3 c. chopped green onion

3rd Layer:

3 c. chunk pineapple
3 c. grated coconut
2 c. sliced almonds
20 maraschino cherries

Gravy:

3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix together gravy ingredients and heat.

Line up in order as on recipe in dishes on buffet, 1st layer and top with the gravy; 2nd layer and top with the gravy. Place 3rd layer ingredients with cherry on top.

Serves 20.

A fun main dish for buffet serving.
