HOMEMADE BREAD 
1 qt. real warm water, not hot
2-3 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil

Mix in the water all ingredients. Add enough flour to make dough that you can knead. Knead until it is real smooth or won't stick to itself. Put in greased bowl, cover. Let stand until it is 2 times its size. Work it down; let rise again. Then make into loaves or rolls. Let rise until double and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
