SQUASH PIE 
3 c. grated squash
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Mix the squash, Bisquick, grated Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley, vegetable oil and eggs together and spread in the pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
