DAVE'S BABY BACK RIBS 
2 lbs. pork baby back ribs
3 bottles K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce (or your favorite sauce)

Cut ribs into 3 or 4-bone sections. In a large pot bring 3 or 4 quarts of water to a boil. Put ribs in the boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes. Then drain and arrange ribs in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Place in oven at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Then get ready for some of the best ribs you ever tasted.

I'm not a big fan of parboiling any meat, I prefer smoking, however, time is the key here. Needing a quick meal, and having the ribs on hand, I followed recipe to a tee, and was pleasantly surprised! Only problem...no flavor except for the sauce, guess that's why "Sweet Baby Ray's" is recommended. Would do again in a pinch, recommend using sauce sparingly, and to finish on the grill.
